The La Esperanza Residential Project – Tenerife is an exclusive development of 11 detached single-family homes located in the center of El Rosario, in the municipality of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, designed with criteria of energy efficiency, bioclimatic design, and constructive sustainability.

- Finish in pastel-colored plastic paint with interior plaster or ceramic cladding.
- White lacquered interior doors and modular built-in wardrobes.

The residential complex is located in a newly built private development , with internal roads, lighting, a sanitation network, water supply and telecommunications.
The homes are located in the natural setting of La Esperanza , characterized by its temperate climate, Atlantic vegetation, and proximity to both Teide National Park and the metropolitan area of Santa Cruz – La Laguna.
